Septorhinoplasty combines septoplasty with aesthetic rhinoplasty in a single session, addressing both breathing impairment and cosmetic concerns. This approach reduces total recovery time compared to two separate surgeries.
The surgeon first completes septal correction, then proceeds to external nose reshaping. Cartilage grafts may be needed for nasal valve reinforcement.
