Revision Rhinoplasty
A secondary surgery performed to correct or improve results from a previous rhinoplasty procedure.
Revision rhinoplasty is more complex than primary surgery because scar tissue and cartilage loss may have altered the anatomy. Additional graft sources such as ear or rib cartilage may be required.
A waiting period of at least 12 months before revision is essential, allowing tissue maturation and realistic reassessment of expectations.
