Nasal Tip Plasty
A rhinoplasty sub-procedure focused on altering the shape, projection or rotation of the nasal tip.
Nasal tip plasty is achieved by reshaping alar cartilages, adding grafts or applying suture techniques. The goal is to naturalise round, drooping or overprojected tips.
The open technique provides better visibility for tip surgery. Thin-skinned patients carry a higher risk of visible asymmetry; in thick skin, the expected definition may be limited.
