Cookie Policy

The site uses a necessary preference record and two distinct measurement boundaries. Plausible provides cookie-less traffic measurement. Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is off by default and loads only after you explicitly opt in to analytics under the current notice. Choices saved under the former Plausible-only notice do not count as GA4 consent.

Cookie categories

• Necessary: The kvkk_consent_v2 cookie stores your preference, the current policy version, and decision time. kvkk_consent is only a backward-compatibility mirror and never authorizes GA4 on its own. These records do not themselves send visit analytics.
• Plausible: Measures aggregate traffic and page use without setting cookies. It does not place a persistent Plausible visitor identifier in your browser or enable GA4 consent.
• Google Analytics 4: The Google tag loads only after your explicit analytics opt-in. It is used to measure the visited page and title, referral source, approximate location, device/browser information, and basic engagement events. Contact-form fields and medical-message content are not configured as GA4 events.
• Marketing: Google Ads, remarketing, User-ID, and enhanced-conversion features are not enabled by this implementation. Any proposal to add them requires a separate notice and consent review.

Cookies and retention

• The kvkk_consent_v2 preference record and its compatibility mirror kvkk_consent are kept in the browser for up to 1 year and can be deleted sooner.
• If you consent to GA4, the Google tag may create “_ga” and stream-specific “_ga_<identifier>” cookies. These browser identifiers may persist for up to 2 years; the reject and withdrawal flow removes GA cookies accessible to the application.
• Google-side user and event data retention depends on the verified GA4 property setting and Google’s current terms. Aggregate reporting may not follow the same retention period.

Consent management

You can accept or reject analytics in the preference panel shown on first visit. You can later withdraw consent by opening the persistent “Cookie preferences” control and choosing “Reject”. Withdrawal stops new GA4 measurement and removes accessible GA cookies; reloading also clears the tag state held by the current page.

Deleting cookies from your browser

In all modern browsers you can view, delete, and block cookies via settings. Detailed instructions are available in your browser's documentation.

Third party

When GA4 consent is granted, measurement data is sent to Google service infrastructure and Google’s privacy terms also apply. This page does not promise a specific storage country or a fixed server-side deletion period. Google Privacy Policy
